USC Karpaty  Soccer Camp

From Sunday August 10th to Saturday, August 16th , 2014

This one week soccer camp program is run the by USC Karpaty.

The team of coaches provides campers with a fun and challenging experience learning Soccer

Skills and putting them to the test in a number of organized games during the course of the camp.

Directions to the Camp Coming from the GTA—travel North on 400 take the Highway 11 cut-off and continue north for 18Km to Oro Line 11 Exit at Oro Line 11 (a right exit, east– just as you pass under the bridge) Keep driving through the Village of  Hawkestone until you see the Camp Sokil sign. Make a right turn into Camp Sokil and follow the signs.

Checking In

Registration begins at 1:00 pm Sunday, August 10th at the Camp Kitchen.

EACH CAMPER MUST HAVE OHIP HEALTH CARD (NO COPY) AS PART OF REGISTRATION.

Campers will be assigned their cabins on Sunday after they have completed the registration process.

Checking Out

Saturday August 16, 1:00 pm at Camp Kitchen.

ALL OHIP HEALTH CARDS WILL BE RETURNED AT THE END OF CAMP.

Camper’s Check List

What to take to summer camp

Please make name tag or color sticker with your child initial or name on all items, so we can ID when it lost and found. (https://www.mynametags.com/index.html)
The items below based on a one-week stay at the Camp Sokil (Laundry service is not available)

 

  • Comfortable clothing jacket or vest, pants and one long sleeve shirt
  • Swimwear
  • Sleepwear
  • Laundry Bag
  • 8 t-shirts
  • 8 shorts
  • 8 pairs of socks

□   Sun hat with a brim
□   Rain gear (jacket and boots)
□   Sturdy footwear (running shoes, sandals, at least one pair that's waterproof)
□   Toiletries (Soap, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Shampoo, etc)
□   Bedding (Sleeping Bag, Pillow, Sheets, Blanket,)
□   2 Towels (Beach Towel and Shower Towel)

Water and sunscreen please give to coaches during registration process

□   24 bottle water case
□   Sunscreen and insect repellent

Soccer Items

□   Soccer Cleats, Soccer Ball, Shin Guards
□   Running Shoes for Training
□   Light Sportswear (Shorts, T-Shirts)
□   Team Uniform (Only for players who play games during camp)

What to leave at home

□   Electronic games and personal listening devices.
□   Cellphone (We have phones on site to keep in touch with family).
□   Expensive items that will devastate your child if they are broken or lost and

Please NO MONEY ! We don’t have store at the camp. All food, water and snack are free of charge available in Camp Kitchen 7/24.
